Depending on which server of ours you are hosting with us we have two webstats applications available with us i.e. Webalizer and Awstats. However webstats for any hosting account are not enabled by default since webstats also consume the space out of the space alloted to you. We have experienced situations with our clients in the past when the clients were troubled with the consumption of space by webstats out of the space alloted to them. Hence we faced a question as to why we enabled webstats when they didn't ask for it. Due to this we changed the policy to keep the webstat off by default.

Please note that space consumption of webstats varies depending on the traffic on your website hence we cannot provide you a precise estimate as to how much space webstats can consume. You can talk to our technical team to have more insight on this.

Webstats for your hosting account can be enabled only when you request us for this via MyPrecision and mentioning which application do you want for webstats i.e. Webalizer or Awstats (depending on the availability of the application on the server). Also note that webstats once enabled starts counting the traffic after 24 hrs it is enabled hence you won't get any past traffic history.

Also note that there is no extra charge for webstats.
