You are expected to give PRECISION 30 days notice if you wish to migrate your domain name or web hosting to some other service provider.

Your Account Managers will schedule your cancellation date with you once you have submitted a migration / cancellation request.

You are responsible for all fees, taxes, bandwidth overages, etc for the period you have been provided the services. For e.g. during a month of hosting if you have exceeded your contracted bandwidth and also you decide to migrate your service with some other service provider. In this case you can migrate your service with us however will have to pay for bandwidth overages.

This policy does not apply to customers who have been suspended for Acceptable Use Policy Violations or because of non-payment or for those web hosting accounts where customers have bought any of our products. Please note that unless otherwise mentioned in the quotation/contract we do not provide our products on any other service providers servers. In case it is mentioned for any specific client in the quotation / contract that we will provide our product which customer has bought on any other service provider servers if the client wish to move anytime in future, then also charges for migration will be applicable based on estimation of migration work.

PRECISION will not hold back anybody's domain name or block the web hosting account if all the following conditions are met --

a) Owner of the domain name requests us to facilitate the transfer of domain name from with his/her MyPrecision account.
b) Ownership of the domain name is proved with invoice in the name of person / organization requesting the domain transfer.
c) All payments related to domain name or web hosting are clear and there is no outstanding balance on customer.
