Domain expiry and renewal

You should renew your domain name well before the expiry date. Order for renewal of domain name is processed only after actual realization of payment. In case of cheque or wire transfer or online bank transfer, order for renewal is processed after the actual receipt of payment. Hence you must take care of making payment well within the expiry date to avoid any problem. Please note that in any circumstances order for renewal will not be processed before actual receipt of payment.

If not renewed then on the expiry date as mentioned on the invoice the domain name gets expired and goes automatically into inactive state whereby the website and emailing gets inactivated. We do send the automated reminders regarding expiry dates of your domain name, however it is completely your responsibility to keep a check on expiry dates.

Domain control panel

Domain name control panel is issued on request. However such request must be generated from within your MyPrecision account to ensure safety and security of your domain name.

Domain security

Since domain name has your contact details and email ids hence it is solely your responsibility to ensure safety of your domain name against unsolicited transfer request since such request will be received on your email id (admin email id). Please note that as per updated ICANN policy any such transfer request if not denied is assumed as approval of domain owner hence the transfer is processed. You must decline any such unsolicited transfer request coming onto your email id for domain transfer. However to ensure better security of your domain name you can request us to lock the domain at our end.

In case of Delinquent payment OR Non-Payment account

In case of Delinquent payment OR Non-Payment account, the claim to domain name will not be entertained. To claim or gain control over the domain name registered by any customer, he/she must clear all outstanding payment against his/her account.
