Cancellation Policy |  |
You are expected to give PRECISION 30 days notice if you wish to cancel any of your service with us.
Your Account Managers will schedule your cancellation date with you once you have submitted a cancellation request.
You are responsible for all fees, taxes, bandwidth overages, etc for the period you have been provided the services. For e.g. during a month of hosting if you have exceeded your contracted bandwidth and also you decide to cancel your service with us. In this case you can cancel your service with us however will have to pay for bandwidth overages.
This policy does not apply to customers who have been suspended for Acceptable Use Policy Violations or because of non-payment. |
