Please note that data transfer are calculated on monthly basis. Also you have to pay for the overage immediately so that we can upgrade your allotment as mentioned below.

For e.g. if you have been allotted a bandwidth (data transfer) of 500 Megabyte, it means that your data transfer usage should be within 500 Megabyte (a total combined data transfer usage of HTTP, FTP, SMTP and POP3 for your hosting account). It becomes an overage when your usage crosses 500 Megabyte will be termed as overage and will be charged as mentioned above.

Bandwidth (data transfer) upgrades will be effective from your next billing date.

Bandwidth (data transfer) upgrades cannot be applied retroactively.

For example: You upgrade your bandwidth (data transfer) on the 17th of December. The bandwidth (data transfer) upgrade will apply to January's bandwidth (data transfer) usage, not December's. Your January invoice will be updated with the new allotment, but we will still invoice you for the prior month's subscription for December, and you will be billed at the overage rate for any extra bandwidth (data transfer) you use until your upgrade takes effect.

Our Domain & Hosting or Billing department will update bandwidth (data transfer) allotments within the first week of the month following an upgrade request.

PRECISION does not assume liability for bandwidth (data transfer) overage accrued due to your hosting account compromise or hacking. PRECISION will not credit an account for any bandwidth (data transfer) overage accrued in relation to a compromise. You will be receiving automated email notifications whenever the bandwidth (data transfer) usage exceeds your monthly contracted amount. You have to monitor your bandwidth (data transfer) statistics and you should notify Customer Support if there is any suspicious or unexplained increase in bandwidth (data transfer). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your hosting account.
