We understand how important communication is to the success of a project. It is for that reason that we keep you informed at all times of the particular phase of the project being worked on, the expected time of completion for each phase as well as the entire project. We will utilize our proven Development Methodology to assure timely knowledge transfer and delivery of a high quality product. The Methodology and Process consists of the following:

Our aim is to contact the key individuals, clearly understand the requirements and then make a decision about working together on the project. Through systematic analysis of Client's Business Requirements we develop a detailed understanding of corresponding Functional Requirements and translates those into technically feasible Functional Features.

We specify the requirements of the desired system and set them out formally in a requirement specification.

Prior to actual coding we develop an overall Architecture of the product and identifies individual modular components as well as existing Clarion tools and third party tools that will be utilized. For each component, a set of interfaces is defined. This approach reduces the overall development time, minimizes the integration process and improves the testability of the product. We make the production plan of the system, its capabilities and how it will be achieved.

We recognize that the way users interact with the system is just as important as the system's functionality itself. Our Graphic Designers and Engineers develop interface prototypes and enhance them jointly with the client and, when appropriate, with representative end-users in order to insure the most straightforward and intuitive user experience.

It is in this phase the program is written according to specifications. We supply demo applications giving the client an opportunity to provide feedback. By working together in this way, the client has input opportunity throughout the programming stage to fine tune the final product.

We will assign a Project Manager who will be responsible both for managing the development process and for communicating with the Client. This way the Client will have the most direct view of and involvement with the project's progress and the quickest path to resolving any arising issues.

We believe that in order to successfully accomplish the project, the intermediate milestones have to be timely delivered and Client's feedback incorporated. We track each milestone as a full-fledged delivery with all the implications of adherence to specifications and requirements

QA starts with the commencement of the project, not at the code freeze date. In particular, QA engineers participate in the product's design in order to insure testability of the final product. Furthermore, QA engineers conduct unit testing and integration testing in accordance with an overall QA Plan and utilize both hand-testing and automated test tools (Rational Robot and Performance Studio). The multi-phase testing contains the module tests, the system test responsible for the connection of the modules and the effectiveness tests performed by the client.

We provide training and documentation for its clients to be able to support, maintain, and enhance our developed products to the degree desired by the customer. In particular, we have conducted training sessions to Tech Support personnel, System Administrators, and Software Developers on customer sites and on PRECISION premises.

Our products are "Built for Change" as we are well aware that the need to enhance a Web solution usually arises even before the solution is out of the gate. To the degree desired by the Client we enhance the product in a long-term relationship.

By mutual agreement at the beginning of the project we will set out the length of time we will be able to help with trouble shooting and further developments on request.

PRECISION considers every client a partner. From the earliest stages, clients are closely involved into the process of technical definition, development and tests of the products.
